• Physical Pain: Everyone has
three bodies: A
physical body, an
emotional body and an
energy body. Pain in the physical body is often caused by blockages (compressed energy) in the energy body.
Source Work cleanses the energy body and the structural body, reducing pain and tension in the physical body. For more information, see the section on Your Three Bodies.
• Trauma: Trauma can be physical, emotional or financial. The results are similar. Pockets of discordant activity remain in the energetic subconscious, reeking havoc on the central nervous system and the energy body. Source Energy is essential medicine in treating trauma and restoring the central nervous system to a state of integration and
calibration.
• Stress:
Your Energy Body is like a bank account that needs regular energy deposits. Stress occurs when your Energy Bank is depleted and you do not have the necessary funds to “Re-Source”.When you are under stress, you are
withdrawing energy at a faster rate than it can be replaced. Source Work
deposits high frequency energy into your energy account, so your body can utilize this energy to heal itself. For more information, see the section on

• Illness and Disease: The ancient Inca shaman in South America recognized that all physical illness begins in the "luminous body" or
energy body first,, before it manifests in the
physical body. Every illness has its own unique frequency. Our purpose is to create a quantum shift in your energy body, so you are no longer a friendly host to cancer, disease or illness. This is achieved by cleansing all three bodies:
Your physical body (through diet),
your emotional body (through therapy and breath work) and
your energy body (through Source Work and
Cellular Cleansing).
• Emotions: Because I’m a licensed therapist, I’m trained to work with the
emotional body. But if dense patterns in the
energy body aren’t cleansed, they will continue to influence the emotional body. Emotions are patterned energy. The emotional body isn’t fully healed until the energetic charge behind the emotion is neutralized. Source Work tracks the unfolding dynamics of your energy body, as a therapeutic process.
• Fear and Anxiety: Many people experience fear and anxiety, due to economic
stress. If the sympathetic nervous system stays in fight-or-flight mode long enough, the neural nets become entangled and the entire body goes into a state of imbalance.
Source Work settles and restores the central nervous system to a state of balance, rest and
calibration. You can then use the
4DQ system to
transform the beast in your daily life.
• Depression: Depression literally means to
press down. Here, the parasympathetic nervous system (the part of your nervous system that calms you down) becomes overactive and
presses down anger, grief and trauma. Anxiety
and depression are dense frequencies that most people experience at some time in
their lives. Depression is a dense frequency that most people experience at some
time in their lives. Source Work
cleanses the energy body of dense holding patterns. Clients are often
surprised at how light and joyful they feel after a
Source Work session. If holding
continues, we work with
reprogramming the
mental body or with
cleansing the emotional body. The anecdote to depression is
optimism.
• Mental Illness: What we call mental illness is actually acute
trauma, often dating back to birth or before birth. Source Work treats “mental illness” as a trauma to the energy body, profoundly affecting the brain and central nervous system. For more information, see the section on the

• Changing Habits: Habits are deep energy patterns – grooves that we can’t break out of, through will power alone. Imagine an old fashioned phonograph record that keeps skipping and repeating the same song, over and over again. If you are
stuck and you want to transform your life, you need to change your core habits. Source Work re-patterns the
energy body.
Reprogramming changes thought constructs in the
emotional body. Practicing the new habit for 30 days re-patterns the
physical body.

three bodies.
• Alcohol and Drug Abuse: Imbalances in the energy body often manifest as chemical imbalances, which compel a person to drink alcohol or use drugs. Every drug has a specific energetic frequency that the user seeks, in order to feel
"high". Drugs and alcohol are a way of medicating the
emotional body, when there is a build-up of grief, anger or fear.
Many drug users are unconsciously seeking a mystical experience, which can be accessed naturally through
Source Work. By restoring the energy body to balance, the alcoholic or addict cleanses the receptor sites that lead to the desire for intoxication.
• Weight Loss: Weight gain starts in the emotional body, before it manifests in the physical body. Your digestive system plays an important role in digesting your life experiences. When an emotion gets stuck in your gut, overeating is a strategy for stuffing or
compressing that emotion. By working with the energy body, we can restore flow to both the emotional body and the physical body. A spontaneous shift in metabolism occurs when blocked energy (and the emotion stored behind it) is released. This triggers the physical body into weight loss. A conscious change in eating habits sustains the weight loss.
• Self-Esteem: A deep sense of self worth is your grounding in the world. This includes finding your
life purpose and
realizing your genius. Negative belief systems present themselves as dense pockets of energy in the energy body. Collapsing old beliefs you have about yourself at their point of conception is part of building a new sense of self worth from the ground up. Self-worth is an essential part of
converting your genius into money.
• Law of Attraction: The
law of attraction states that your thoughts are like magnets, attracting and drawing to you what you are thinking about. But this is only the
tip of the iceberg.
Like a satellite dish, your unconscious
instincts and emotions are sending out powerful frequencies that attract experiences that you may not want in your life.
Source Work neutralizes dense frequencies that no longer serve you, while building higher frequencies that attract what you really want into your life. See the

• Success and Prosperity: Money is a specific set of frequencies that’s tied to
self-worth - an internal sense of value that you have about yourself. Manifesting money (the physical quantity) includes three skills:
financial literacy (a mental understanding of money), knowing your
financial blueprint (an emotional understanding of money), and
manifesting success (a spiritual understanding of money). For more information, see the section on

• Happiness: Joy and bliss are your natural state. Source Work cleanses the energy body, breaking up and collapsing dense frequencies such as anxiety, guilt and
depression, which block joy. Happiness is a high frequency that’s grounded in Source. For more information, see
Your Emotional Body.
• Couples: A relationship is an intimate exchange between two
energy bodies. When a couple first meets, their energy bodies are attracted to one another for a variety of reasons. This is called “limbic resonance”.
Sometimes, both people carry old
traumas, which creates resonant discord in both energy bodies. If there is a core frequency imbalance between two people, this affects their physical, sexual and emotional relationship.
Source Work helps couples identify their
core energy patterns and emotional patterns with each other, restoring their energetic exchange to a state of balance and
calibration.
• Sexuality: When you are sexually intimate with someone, you are mixing a lifetime of energies with them. Your energy body literally takes in everything in the other person’s energy field. The most common sexually transmitted disease is
energetic. The energy body becomes congested, leading to a variety of physical and emotional symptoms later on. If people understood what they are taking in when they have sex with another person, they would treat their sexuality as something much more sacred. Fortunately, through Source Work, your
energy body can be cleansed and renewed.
Sexual Abuse and Rape: Rape and child abuse are two of the most
traumatic experiences a woman (or child) can survive. It’s estimated that over 90% of women in the sex industry were raped or sexually abused as children. Rape is a powerful energy transmission, in which discordant, chaotic and disturbing energy is left in the woman's internal organs. The most common adaptation is dissociation. The woman (or child) cuts off all feeling during the abuse, in order to survive. The body doesn’t know how to eliminate this energy, because it was transmitted by force. This discordant energy can transmute into ovarian cancer or uterine cancer later in life, if it isn’t healed or transformed. When the survivor experiences sexual intimacy, old emotions and energies can resurface. It's an opportunity for healing, but this can also place stress on a relationship. For this reason, it’s very important for men to move slowly and gently with sexual intimacy.
• Conflict Resolution: Challenging relationships are powerful medicine for the energy body. When we are triggered by another person, it feels like
they created the discordant frequencies that are awakened within us. We want to
"give it back to them". The truth is, stray frequencies have penetrated our energy body, creating a harmonic resonance with pain, anger or fear that already lay dormant within us. Conflict arises when both people experience discordant frequencies that the other person has awakened.
Source Work neutralizes the charge that has awakened in each person’s energy body.
Communication heals the emotional body.
• Forgiveness: One can reach a state of
forgiveness in the
emotional body and still carry a discordant charge in the energy body. This energy can be reactivated later on with the same person or with someone else who carries a similar frequency. Source Work neutralizes dormant pockets of energy in the
energy body. When the energetic charge towards a person has been neutralized, true forgiveness has taken place.
• Family and the Work Place: Family systems and work systems are above all,
energy systems. When a work place or family system is dysfunctional, the
group energy system is disorganized and out of balance.
Source Work restores integrity, flow and functionality to the group energy system.
4DQ adds learnable skills such as
team work,
leadership and
communication to
stabilize and strengthen the interpersonal system.
• Multiple Issues: Your
energy body doesn’t distinguish between mind, body, spirit and emotion. It’s all energy. This is quantum science. Source Work can literally relieve your back, your anxiety and your relationship problems at the same time. How is this possible? We are accustomed to looking at these symptoms as separate and unrelated. They aren’t. All you have to do is stop looking at your body as a
mechanical system and start recognizing it as an
energy system.
• Violence and Anger: Violence can be physical, emotional or energetic. The word "violence" comes from the same root word as "violate". Physical violence is a violation of the
physical body, while emotional violence impacts the
emotional body. The
trauma is ultimately released in the
energy body. Anger is stored in the liver and gall bladder, which filter physical (and emotional) toxins. If both members of a couple have toxic livers (this can be seen in some alcoholic couples), emotional or physical violence is common. Source Work
cleanses the physical, emotional and energy bodies, while
Communication and
Self-management are key 4DQ skills.
